Undertaking an interview in the procedure for recruitment of administrative officers

The purpose of the competency-based interview is to provide specific information on how the candidate used certain knowledge, skills and abilities in his past experiences, as well as what approach he had to certain tasks, tasks, situations and challenges. Additionally, an assessment of the above should be made on the basis of pre-determined criteria for checking competencies. Past behavior is one of the best indicators of a candidate's future behavior, and is the essence of an competency-based interview. This is done to determine which candidate is most suitable for the specific role. Work place. This manual is designed to provide clear and practical guidelines for quality and professional conduct of interviews as part of the hiring / promotion procedure for administrative staff. At the same time, it should be a useful tool for the members of the Selection Commission for the employment of administrative employees, because it contains guidelines for preparing and conducting interviews, as well as for evaluating the answers received in the context of meeting general and specific work competencies.
