The purpose of the Law on Public Sector Employees is to systematically regulate the general principles, job classification, records, types of employment, general rights, duties and responsibilities, mobility, and other general issues for public sector employees. The Law on Public Sector Employees is systematized in ten chapters, which regulate all general issues regarding the statute of all public sector employees.
