Programme goals

The aim of the program is for the participants to be able to develop standards for delivery of services, in order to accurately inform the users of the services and define the efforts of the institution for the level of quality of the provided services.

Contribution towards development of knowledge, skills and competences

At the end of the training the participants will:

  • Be able to identify the services for which a citizen diary should be made
  • Have knowledge of the structure of service delivery standards
  • Be able to develop service delivery standards

  • Identification of services provided by the institution
  • Structure of service delivery standards
  • Development of standards for delivery of services - setting deadlines, responsible organizational units / persons, required forms, administrative fees and allowances, manner of submitting complaints and complaints.

Iskra has extensive experience in managing projects financed by the European Union in Macedonia, mainly for the development of institutions of public administration and supporting reforms aimed at EU membership. She was part of the management team of the contracting authority for IPA, where she was responsible for the functioning of IPA structures in the beneficiary institutions, capacity development, establishment and operation of the decentralized implementation system of IPA,quality control of tender documents and procedures, conducting numerous tender evaluations and coordinating all Twinning contracts.
