Programme goals

The success of an organization / institution / company is directly related to the ability of its managers to encourage the best in each employee, to get the most out of the team as a whole, to see threats in the environment in a timely manner and to apply appropriate organizational adjustments and changes.

The aim of the program is to increase the participants' understanding of the role of the manager and his skills, to improve the ability of managers to motivate and develop team members, to improve their self-awareness, self-confidence and management skills and to enable them to use management. tools and techniques for making decisions and building an effective team.
