Protocol on acting and promoting of the cooperation between the Government, Institutions, Domestic small and medium Enterprises and Multinational companies

This Protocol to Action is a document aimed at affirming cooperation between domestic small and medium enterprises and multinational companies in the country, as well as the inclusion of domestic enterprises in the value chain. The protocol for action has been prepared for all participants in the process of further development, maintenance and promotion of inter-institutional and inter-sectoral cooperation. All stakeholders should cooperate in developing, maintaining and promoting co-operation between domestic SMEs and MNCs, in accordance with this Protocol, to achieve the objectives. The protocol arises from the activities implemented within the project funded by the EU Delegation: "Reducing the gaps between domestic small and medium enterprises and multinational companies", implemented by the Institute for Economic Research and Policy - Finance Think and the Center for Change Management - CUP. The purpose of this Protocol is to establish sustainable and quality inter-institutional and inter-sectoral cooperation between different institutions / organizations to ensure further development, sustainability and continuous implementation of the plan for economic development and improvement of the business climate in the country, as well as greater cooperation between domestic SMEs and MNCs. To develop and implement a common system for regular data collection and information on the current state of the market of goods and services, future demand and supply and priority areas of cooperation and their sharing by stakeholders involved in the process. To establish mechanisms and institutional agreements that enable stakeholders involved in the process of encouraging economic development, to combine their resources, to effectively and efficiently create professional, technical, research and management staff that will plan and manage the development process, in general and in all sectors.
