On a working visit to the Belgian Federal Public Service Policy and Support (BOSA) and the Recruitment Agency (SELOR) responsible for conducting the selection, recruitment, promotion, dismissal and monitoring of the performance of the senior management service in the Belgian administration. This working visit should contribute to better setting the legal framework for senior management.

The visit takes place within the project Making Change: Good Governance and Effectiveness in Public Administration, supported by the British Embassy in Skopje, implemented by the Center for Change Management (CUP) in cooperation with the Ministry of Information Society and Administration.
